Josh was fantastic from start to finish of our house purchase; incredibly helpful with arranging bookings and viewings, supported us in chasing solicitors on both sides and always kept us up to date with progress. He is highly professional, courteous, and competent without being pushy as so many estate agents are. We loved dealing with him, and found the rest of the Winkworth Pimlico team pleasant whenever we had communication with them. As a landlord I have been really impressed by Winkworth over the past 13 months that they have been managing my property. Simon was great to deal with during the initial phases of taking on my property and finding me tenants within days (bad time of year .. .. run up to Xmas). So far this year I have had a few conversations with Aggie and her team in accounts and she has been super efficient and responsive …... which ultimately meant that I got my tax return done in time! My tenants seem happy with the management services they are receiving, so all is good.

Kellie is a great Property Manager. She is efficient and responsive and since I am based in the USA oftentimes she will respond to emails outside of office hours. Kellie has handled property emergencies in an excellent manner and is proactive in handling ongoing maintenance. She has a great sense of humour is a pleasure to deal with.
