Hello, I would like to recognise Nishi Shah for the support she gave me during the check out process in Hawfinch House, NW97BF. Due to an issue with the other tenant I was living with, she helped me to chase him up after check out in order for him to pay the remaining rent he owned me as he decided to leave the flat suddenly. AJ was super helpful in assisting with an issue we had. Needed an engineer really late in the day due to our gas being cut off at the mains. Ajay assisted in arranging an engineer to come out asap and had the problem resolved that night, also followed up with a late call out of hours just to ensure that everything was sorted as we had children in the property and a pregnant wife Super grateful.
