Having experienced a terrible estate agency we was extremely cautious. However there was an abundance of viewings and a firm offer. A little lower than we ideally wanted but felt if we held off we could actually lose money playing the waiting game. Hayley and all her colleagues made the process of buying our first home far less scary and complicated than we thought it would be.
