Alex has unparalleled knowledge of property in West Norwood. He provides a really personal and honest service and picks up quickly on personal preferences and never wastes client’s time in both viewings for new properties and in selecting possible buyers for existing home sales. He is straightforward and very approachable. When it came to exchange and completion, he was the sole chaser throughout the chain and made it happen. I cannot recommend him highly enough, having sold and bought through him.

Having experienced a terrible estate agency we was extremely cautious. However there was an abundance of viewings and a firm offer. A little lower than we ideally wanted but felt if we held off we could actually lose money playing the waiting game. Alex done a great job of getting the viewings in place and Sarah done alot of the ground work between us as sellers and the purchaser. In fact i didnt quite realise how much estate agents do to get everything though. Thanks for all your help.

We got Winkworth in West Norwood to sell our flat and we had a great experience with them. Alex was so knowledgable, honest and hardworking, he’s just a very nice chap. He got us a good buyer and we sold the flat very quickly considering the current market. Sarah was very efficient, always willing to help and listen to our questions. She was good at getting things moving and making sure the sale didn’t get stagnated. We would really recommend them and we would definitely use them again in the future.
