Daniel was unfailingly professional, resourceful and pleasant. His manner was reassuringly straightforward, warm and calm. We felt that he was serving our and the landlord's best interests. When we had questions, he consistently came back to us as soon as he had the answers (which was generally very quickly). We sensed that he truly wanted us to be happy with what we chose.
