Communication was good - regular updates with feedback following viewings and mediating between parties when going through the legal process / until completed. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Matthew who was our main point of contact, which made the stress of house moving easier.

Ryan was just fantastic. From the first viewing of our new house right through the process. He kept a sense of humour and absolute professionalism. He managed to keep me sane through what was a stressful time related to the sale of my property not the purchase which went through very smoothly.
