Andrew Souber did not promptly transmit our offer to the sellers while we were the only buyers. When he did several days later, other buyers had been found, which started a budding contest. I only have a partial email trail of this (part of this was on the phone) otherwise I could have sued for damages. We also didn't trust Andrew from the start. He did not show up to our initial visit and then insisted on showing us the flat himself after making the offer to guarantee his comission.
