I would like to commend Vithu for the exceptional work he did on the sale of our property in Harrow. Vithu is an extremely professional and experienced negotiator - he is at the top of his game. He is committed to his clients and works towards a win-win for all parties. We approached Winkworths Harrow initially in February 2022 but the transaction fell through a few times due to the fragile state of the property market. Vithu successfully negotiated a new sale, resulting in a higher offer than previous. He worked passionately and tirelessly for us during the entire process and he did not shy from telling us how to navigate some difficult conversations.
