Set in a desirable rural hamlet with a scattering of both period and modern houses and has an excellent community, with a church, Public House and village hall. At the heart of the Pewsey Vale, in an area designated as Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by undulating downland and open farmland with views towards the Alton Barnes white horse. The Kennet and Avon Canal runs next to the property. Marlborough is about 9 miles to the east and Devizes is 6 miles distant.
